Refund Policy

We work very hard to ensure that we fulfill your order with the highest quality standards.

We have put together a set of queries that you may have on returns, exchanges and refunds.

  • Can I cancel my order?
    • Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of order placement, provided it has not yet been processed or dispatched.
    • For any cancellation requests, please write to us at orders@houseofmaroha.com with your order number, contact details and reason for cancellation. We will get in touch with you at the earliest.
    • Once we confirm that your order has been cancelled, we will process the refund to your original source of payment.
  • What is your returns policy?
    • For non-customized products, we have a 10 day return policy, which means you can request a return within 10 days of receiving your order. However, we do not offer returns on sale items.
    • Please ensure your items are returned new, unused and with its original packaging and tags still attached. Unfortunately, returns that do not meet our return guidelines cannot be accepted, as the items will be non-saleable, and will be shipped back to you.
    • To request a return, please write to us at orders@houseofmaroha.com with your order number, contact details, reason for return. We will get in touch with you at the earliest. You will have to courier the product to us at our office, the details of which will be shared on mail itself.
    • Once we inspect the returned product and confirm your return, we will deduct the shipping cost borne by us, and share a credit note for the balance amount which can be used on our website within six months from the date of issue.
    • We will not be able to accept returns of items as faulty if they have not been treated as per the care instructions mentioned on the website.
    • For customised orders, we do not offer a return or exchange policy, unless the product has manufacturing defects. The same should be highlighted to us at orders@houseofmaroha.com, within 24 hours of receiving the order, with images of the defects, your order number, and your contact details. We will get in touch with you at the earliest.
  • What is your exchange policy? 
    • We do not have an exchange policy. In case you wish to exchange a product, we suggest you return the product, as per our returns policy, and place a new order on our website.
